Hello all!

Today is the release of “For You,” my first poetry album.

“For You” is a collection of my spoken word poetry with an emphasis on using personal narrative to shed light on social and political issues that effect us all. For all the “Body Empowerment” followers, viewers, and fans out there, two of the tracks include poems about my own experience with and recovery from eating disorders: “Fat” and “How Not To Purge.”

The album is available for purchase through my website: http://www.carolinerothstein.com/contact/ - as well as iTunes, and CD Baby. But I recommend my website so you can have a real live copy in hand!

It’s a perfect holiday gift for socially conscious, word savvy, artistic family and friends! Thanks for your support!

Hugs and blessings,
Caroline, bodyempowerment.tumblr.com

From my first YouTube series “Eating Disorder Recovery,” which became “Body Empowerment.” This video answers a viewer’s questions about counting calories, and whether or not full recovery exists. I will post all the videos from my YouTube series “Eating Disorder Recovery” and “Body Empowerment,” in order, until I am up to date with my most current videos.

We would like to welcome Caroline Rothstein to Tumblr.
